Heart of Oxford Business Board
A group of local business leaders in Oxford who are raising vital funds in support of BHF’s lifesaving research.
In addition to organising fundraising events in the local community, the board works to increase awareness of BHF’s research.
Every six hours someone dies from a heart and circulatory disease in Oxfordshire. So every penny raised is vital!
Heart of Oxford Business Board works closely with Professor Paul Riley.
Paul is a BHF Professor of Regenerative Medicine based at the University of Oxford. He’s also Director of the BHF Oxbridge Centre for Regenerative Medicine and inaugural Director of the Institute of Developmental and Regenerative Medicine. His research looks at how to help the injured or diseased adult heart repair and regenerate itself.
