Shop policies
Charity bag fraud and theft
Charities are increasingly the victim of charity bag theft, with organised crime gangs targeting bags left out on the pavement for charities to collect.
Commercial collectors
100 percent of profits from collections run by us stay within the charity. The proportion of profits from commercial collections can be as low as 5 percent.

We have been working with local councils to carry out kerbside collections. We've been able to reduce the environmental impact of unwanted goods.
