Payment and receipts

Accepting cheques

We are unable to accept cheques as payment for goods in our standard clothing shops.

We are able to accept cheques as payment for goods in our Home stores provided you can give proof of your identity – for example, driver’s licence, passport and/or utility bill. Please ensure that you make your cheque(s) payable to ‘BHF Shops Ltd” otherwise we cannot process the cheque(s).

We’re also happy to receive payment for house clearances, donations, in memoriam gifts and fundraising monies in cheque form.

Your receipt

It is our policy to issue a receipt for the goods you purchase. If you do not receive one, please ask. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
