About our partnership

Our partnership with Royal Mail will:

  • raise £2 million over 4 years to fund the Community Hearts Programme
  • train colleagues in CPR and provide them with accessible heart health information.

The Community Hearts Programme

Supported by Royal Mail, this programme will deliver 4 vital projects:

  • train thousands of young people in CPR
  • place hundreds of lifesaving defibrillators in the communities that need them most
  • support thousands of families using BHF’s Heart Helpline
  • provide accessible heart health information.

Working together

We will utilise our joint brand and scale to raise awareness of BHF’s mission and achieve shared aims, including initiatives such as:

  • a BHF postmark on stamped mail
  • driving colleague donations to BHF shops.

Our partnership with BHF gives Royal Mail colleagues the opportunity to support a cause that matters to the communities we serve every day.

“Through fundraising and awareness activities across our network, we’ve seen how the partnership is helping to improve access to lifesaving CPR training and defibrillators, while supporting people affected by heart and circulatory diseases. The enthusiasm and commitment shown by colleagues has been fantastic, and we’re pleased to be working alongside BHF to help create healthier communities across the UK.”
