We want to support everyone with heart disease to live a longer healthier life, by ensuring they get the treatment, care and support they need. We're always looking to improve the delivery of care for those living with cardiovascular conditions.

Get funding for your project

We support innovative and pioneering programmes of work in 2 ways. This includes:

  • working collaboratively with partners across the UK on projects that change and innovate the delivery of care for cardiovascular patients and their families
  • funding projects and programmes to help professionals offer new and innovative ways to deliver care and services for cardiovascular patients.
