We're holding a free interactive science event for families this Saturday, 6 June, at Manchester Art Gallery. The event is being run in partnership with the University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University.
From 8-10 June, Manchester will host the UK's premier conference for cardiovascular medicine and research. Our public event ahead of the conference is an opportunity for families to find out more about the heart and blood vessels and research to help fight conditions like heart attack and heart failure.
When and where?
Families can come along and learn how the heart works, what can go wrong with it and hear about our exciting research. The event is from 11:00 until 16:00 in the Lecture Theatre and Studio 2 of Manchester Art Gallery.
There's no need to book. You can just turn up on the day.
