We are delighted to have appointed Devon‑based sustainable style creator Lauren Cooley as our newest Retail Ambassador, supporting our drive to inspire more people across the country to shop and donate preloved.
Lauren has grown a highly engaged community through founding The Club Preloved, the UK's leading sustainable business community for vintage sellers, ethical brands, upcyclers, and conscious entrepreneurs.
Lauren has previously filmed in our shops and regularly encourages her followers to embrace the creativity and affordability of preloved style.
'Secondhand fashion is stylish'
As part of her new ambassador role, Lauren will support the our retail campaigns, urging the public to donate good‑quality items, shop secondhand, and help reduce waste.
Lauren Cooley said: “Shopping preloved is not only a more sustainable way to refresh your wardrobe and find your own sense of style but it helps make a real impact by supporting the British Heart Foundation’s lifesaving research. I’m thrilled to become a Retail Ambassador and to help show how fun, affordable, and stylish secondhand fashion can be.”
