In line with new Government guidelines, all non-essential retail must now close to protect the public from the spread of Covid-19. This means our remaining open shops in Tiers 1-3, have shut their doors for the time being.
Following previous announcements last month, our Tier 4 shops across England closed in December, with our shops in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland also temporarily closing following local government guidance.
Allison Swaine-Hughes our Retail Director said: “Sadly all of our nationwide BHF shops are closed for now. During this time, you can still show your support by shopping online and posting us your unwanted items. There are around 7.4 million people living with heart and circulatory diseases in the UK and every item you buy or donate to us helps make a difference.”
Our shops team will be contacting customers directly who have a delivery or collection booked in with an affected shop. If you have a query, please take a look on our dedicated customer service page.
If you would like to donate, you can post your smaller items such as branded clothing, jewellery, vinyl records and cameras, using our freepost donation service. Simply download your free label and head to your nearest Collect+ drop-off point with your unwanted items, as part of essential shopping trips.
