What is the group all about?
Ticker’s Cardiac Support Group is a self-help organisation providing physical exercise classes to people recovering from heart attacks or suffering from cardiac problems generally.
We are based at the Writtle Sports & Social Club Hall in Paradise Road, Writtle, Chelmsford CM1 3HW.
