What is the group all about?
Our group supports the people of Sunderland and surrounding districts who have suffered some form of cardiac trauma.
We have all been through this ourselves so, you are not alone.
We offer exercise classes three mornings a week, run by specialist trainers. Monthly Social meetings. and more.
