What is the group all about?
Our Aim is to support people affected by cardiovascular disease.
Our activities include:
• BACPR Level 4 Exercise Classes, run by qualified tutors, to build fitness and confidence in physical abilities.
• Social events that encourage members to share both their worries and their experiences.
We believe that:
• The right care and support enables us all to lead full and active lives.
• It's not just about exercise and relaxation: group support helps us all to discover that others face similar challenges.
• For some of us, it's just about getting out and making new friends!
