What is the group all about?
We offer a supportive environment for people with cardiac conditions and lung disease to exercise, overseen by qualified British Association for Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation (BACPR) teachers.
We meet every week and have a tailored exercise programme and provide an opportunity for members to socialise with people who have had similar problems.
