What is the group all about?
HEARTLINK is a local charity providing advice and support to people living with heart conditions, especially those undergoing or recovering from hospital treatment who live in Southall, Greenford, Hanwell, Ealing and across West London.
We organise numerous activities from educational seminars, run a community Hub, a walking group, day trips and social events. We also work in the wider community and with key health partners to promote services and facilities for all heart patients in the borough of Ealing.
