What is the group all about?
We provide support to people in the local community who have a heart condition through the following activities;
- 1hour Exercise & Tai Chi classes (Tuesday & Thursday morning 9:30 to 12:30 )
- Exercise class (Wednesday evening 18:30 to 19:30)
- Walks (up to 2 hours) & health walks (up to 1 hour),
- Social events (lunch clubs, trips, suppers) and support for installing 24/7 public access AEDs.
