What is the group all about?
We provide, weekly, four face to face and two zoom based mobility and fitness sessions the former based in Knaresborough and Harrogate, North Yorkshire for people that have had a heart event or have had some form of heart treatment. These are lead by instructors that are BACPR trained.
Additionally, we provide monthly lectures at Harrogate District Hospital covering heart related matters and there is an informal dinner group.
