What is the group all about?
Happy Hearts Cardiac Exercise and Support is a great option for those requiring structured, safe and effective exercise programmes, with the opportunity to meet positive and like-minded people. We will help you to improve and maintain your fitness while encouraging you to become more confident in living with and understanding your condition.
We offer face-to-face sessions in Salisbury, Amesbury (Wiltshire) and Shaftesbury (Dorset) as well as daily online sessions, catering for beginners and seated to more advanced requirements. We also provide Heart Failure and COPD Clinics.
