What is the group all about?
Happy Hearts Cardiac Exercise and Support provides a sparkling antidote for those requiring structured, safe and effective exercise programmes, as well as providing a support network of vibrant, positive and like minded people. We will help and encourage you to improve and maintain your fitness as well as become more confident in living with and understanding your condition.
We provide face to face sessions in Salisbury, Amesbury (Wiltshire) and Shaftesbury (Dorset). We also provide daily online sessions, ranging from beginners and seated to the more advanced requirements, as well Heart Failure and COPD Clinics.
