What is the group all about?
Gwent Defibbers support patients, families and friends to understand what living with an implantable cardiac device entails. The group meet quarterly alternating between two venues St John Ambulance Hall in Abergavenny and the Old Church Rooms, Radyr, Cardiff.
The group invite a guest speaker to each of their meetings such as cardiologists, pharmacists, Professors to extend the knowledge of members who have had an ICD or a CRT-D.
