What is the group all about?
We offer moral support and exercise classes to people who have had heart surgery, a heart attack, or who suffer from any heart related conditions i.e. angina, high blood pressure, stroke and diabetes.
We aim to support and encourage lifestyle changes and promote exercise for coronary fitness. We also offer a social programme to build friendships and offer visits, meetings and lectures.
Partners and carers are also very welcome.
