What is the group all about?
As a group we aim to help improve your quality of life through regular exercise, walks, social events, information, advice and training in as enjoyable a way as possible We run supervised, regular exercise classes for people with heart related conditions, and their relatives and carers. We also provide a lively, social atmosphere and activity to assist members to regain a normal lifestyle and offer mutual support.
We meet for exercise on Mondays 6.00 - 7.00pm, Wednesdays 11.15am - 12.45pm, and Fridays 2.00 - 3.00pm. Social activities are also organised.
