Where we are

Gossops Green Community Centre, Capel Lane, Gossops Green, Crawley, RH11 8HJ

Formed 31 years ago for people in the Crawley and Horsham area who have had heart problems or surgery to continue exercise and receive support after their initial period of rehab. We have always been affiliated to the British Heart Foundation except for a period of "lock down" when we could not meet. Support is in the form of exercises led by a level 4 trainer, a social time after exercises, organised walks and occasional outings.
