A volunteer-led group for individuals living with heart conditions in Carlisle, supported by the British Heart Foundation.
Over a cup of tea or coffee, we chat about our experiences and share helpful advice. It’s a relaxed and friendly environment with no set agenda.
Join us on the first Tuesday of every month from 10am to 12pm.
