We clear furniture items and household waste from your property, including sheds and garages.

We also offer a packing service at selected stores and can provide boxes, if needed.

Depending on the condition of your items, we will either sell them in our shops, recycle them, or dispose of them responsibly. Any items we can sell have the potential to reduce the cost of your clearance and help us fund lifesaving research.

If you only want us to remove a few items that are in a saleable condition, you can book a free home collection.

How much it costs

The cost of our house clearance service varies, and starts from £400.

When calculating your quote, we consider:

driver and van costs
the location of the property
the size of the clearance
costs we have to pay to dispose of items like mattresses, white goods and TVs
the amount of waste
if you need us to pack your items (offered by selected stores only)
the value of any saleable items.

What we cannot take

There are certain items we cannot take for legal and health and safety reasons:

oil/chemicals/medical waste
explosives/ammunition/weapons
petrol/fuel/petrol machinery
asbestos
gas/compressed bottles
building materials
garden waste
insect/vermin infected items.
