We are a group of heart patients based at Northwick Park Hospital who have come together to support one another. Pulse Finders is a social club that helps heart patients and their families build confidence and enjoy fulfilling lives after completing Cardiac Rehabilitation. Our members also run a hospital tea bar, and the funds raised are used to purchase equipment for the Cardiac Rehabilitation Programme.
