Poole Heart Support Group provides exercise, help and friendship to members in the Poole, Swanage, Wareham and surrounding areas, who have suffered with heart problems. As well as having 29 exercise classes running at various venues, we have an active walking group, and we run a monthly meeting with talks or entertainment where members can come along for a cup of tea and a chat.
