What is the group all about?
We are a group of people all of who have had heart surgery, heart attacks or a stroke. We meet every week for gentle exercise with a fully trained BACPR instructor. We try to support each other socially and if anyone is feeling down or concerned about anything they can call me or any other member whenever they feel the need.
