What is this group all about?
Join us on the first Wednesday of each month from 6-8pm for informal, in-person sessions designed for those with lived experience of a cardiac condition. These peer support groups offer a welcoming space to connect with others, share experiences and gain valuable support. The aim of these sessions is to raise awareness of the resources available to help you manage your condition and hopefully ease some of your worries.
We welcome anyone with a cardiac condition, as well as their partners, friends, or family members. Most sessions feature a guest speaker who will cover a specific topic and provide an opportunity for questions and discussion.
Free parking and refreshments are provided.
