Heart Link is a cardiac rehabilitation group that runs 4 weekly classes, combining one hour of aerobic exercise with an opportunity to socialise over tea and biscuits. This group is independently run and not affiliated with British Heart Foundation (BHF).

What is the group all about?

Heart Link is a Cardiac Rehab Group formed 28 years ago and we currently run 4 classes each week. Each class is 1 hour of aerobic exercise followed by a chat over tea and biscuits.

Classes: Mon 12pm, Wed 10am & 11.30am, Fri 11am.

All our instructors are BACPR qualified.
