What is the group all about?
Hearts & Minds is a self‑funding, volunteer‑led group started by people with heart and circulatory conditions who offer support and information to others living with similar conditions in the Basildon & District area. These include heart attacks, angina and high blood pressure.
Our meetings are held on the first Wednesday of the month (except August) and start at 7.30pm.
