What is this group all about?
The Heart Failure Support Group Royal United Hospitals Bath is a monthly, in-person support group that is available for people with a confirmed heart failure diagnosis. Attendance is by booking only and sessions are facilitated by a Heart Failure Nurse Specialist. To join, individuals must have previously been seen by a heart failure specialist, either a nurse or a consultant. Referrals should ideally come from a heart failure specialist, although self-referrals will be considered. For more information about the group and referral criteria, please get in touch via enquiry.
