What is the group all about?

Fareham Cardiac Support Group has been running since 1988 to give support to people who have had cardiac issues and their families. The group meets once a month, on the first Thursday of the month. The group offers speakers, events, group holidays, day trips, walks, newsletters, and social occasions. The group's motto is, "Together we support."
