Formed 31 years ago, the group supports people in the Crawley and Horsham area who have had heart problems or surgery, helping them to continue exercising and receive ongoing support after their initial period of rehabilitation. Support includes exercise sessions led by a level 4 trainer, social time after exercise, organised walks, and occasional outings.
