Tomato and onion salad

2 large, firm, ripe tomatoes

1 medium onion

1/2 teaspoon fresh coriander, finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder

1 teaspoon lemon juice

  1. Chop the tomatoes into 2.5cm or 1in pieces, and the onion into 1cm or 1/2/in pieces.
  2. Mix the coriander with the tomatoes and onions.
  3. Just before serving add the chilli powder and lemon juice.
