Banana yoghurt smoothie

2 medium bananas, cut into chunks

200ml (7fl oz) low-fat natural yoghurt

125ml (4fl oz) semi-skimmed milk

2 tablespoons clear (runny) honey, or to taste

1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon, or to taste

  1. Place bananas, yoghurt, milk and honey in a blender or food processor; blend until smooth and well mixed.
  2. Add cinnamon; blend to mix well. Pour smoothie into glasses; serve immediately.

  • Ground ginger or nutmeg can be substituted for the cinnamon, if desired.
