What is Strong Woman for Life?

Strong Woman for Life is an expert-led strength and wellbeing programme built specifically for women aged 45+. It’s designed to help you stay active and keep doing the things you love.

By making a monthly donation, you’ll receive expert guidance and motivation across 5 key areas: strength, stamina, movement, nutrition and rest. Our exclusive Strong Woman score tool will show you how you’re doing and give you personalised tips for improvement. You’ll also get regular workout videos from our expert coach.  

By giving a monthly gift, you'll be funding vital research into cardiovascular disease, helping to protect the hearts of the people you care about.
