It is useful to know your heart age because it can show you the chances of having a heart attack, stroke or developing heart disease. And help you to make changes to your lifestyle to improve your heart health.

If you're 30 or over you can use this heart age calculator before your NHS Health Check to get an idea of what your results might show.
