How to get moving
Getting active could mean doing more walking, taking up cycling or running, or joining a local sports team. But it can also mean just moving a little more each day. You can get active indoors or outdoors, and it doesn't have to involve an expensive gym membership - there are plenty of ways to get fit for free.
