Paying in your fundraising money
Thank you for raising money for our lifesaving research. This page will tell you all you need to know about paying in your fundraising.
Before paying in your fundraising
Please count your money twice before paying it in to check the amount is accurate.
We recommend you bank your money in as soon as possible. At the very latest, you should bank it in within 2 working days.
Paying in at the bank
Please pay the money directly into our relevant bank account using your paying in book.
You'll then need to fill out your banking form and send it back to us. Details for each bank are as follows.

Fill in your banking form and send it back to us
Fill out your banking form and send it to us within 5 days of banking the money.

If you have any Gift Aid envelopes or forms, send these at the same time as your banking form and cheque.
Paying in at the post office
If you use the Post Office to make deposits into a BHF Barclays account, then you will need a new Barclays Post Office Deposit Card from the BHF Customer Service.
Please email [email protected] with a request for a deposit card.
Your deposit card will have the following features:
- name, sort code and account number as shown on your bank card
- your unique 8-digit reference number.
No pin is needed to use the deposit card.
Coinstar
Our partnership with Coinstar helps you to bank your donations that are coins. Coinstar is a service that allows people to quickly and easily convert loose change into cash, gifts or charity donations.
If you do use Coinstar, let your Fundraising Manager know and keep a copy of your receipt. You will need to send a photo of your receipt to your Fundraising Manager so we can process the donations against your name.
