Pay in online after an event
If you've organised or taken part in an event, you'll need to fill out an online form to pay in your money. The form you’ll need to complete depends on the type of event you have taken part in. You can use the following guide to help you find the right form for you.
Self-organised events
Self-organised events include any fundraising activity you have organised yourself, rather than an something the BHF has organised. Such as a bake sale, quiz night, or other social event or physical challenge.

Pay in money from a special occasion
If you’ve collected money at a birthday, funeral, or other special occasion, you can donate your money using our online donation form.
If you’re paying in donations made by other people, we cannot claim Gift Aid on these, so do not tick the box for Gift Aid.
