Walk for Hearts

Our 2025 Walk for Hearts challenge has completed, but will return in May 2026.

In May, take on the challenge of walking 20, 31 or 50 miles in a month. 31 miles in May is just 1 mile a day!

A short stroll in the park, a trip to the shops, or a longer walk with friends - every step adds up. It's your challenge, so you choose when and where you get your miles in.

So, join us and be part of something amazing in May!
