Tower of London
Take on the Tower and run up to 10K, in 1K laps in the grassed moat of this historic London fortress. Taking place after work, the run is the ideal team event, get your friends, family or colleagues together and run to fund lifesaving research.
Your entry fee covers the cost of organising the event. It's the money you raise that powers our life saving research.
Under 18's must register by completing a downloadable entry form. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the run.

Tower of London,
By foot or bike
There are usually three bicycle stands at the Tower, located next to the main shop.
Tower Hill is the nearest station. Follow signage to the Tower of London at the exit, and please the site via the East Gate.
By Docklands Light Railway
Tower Gateway Station is located next to Tower Hill station.

By River Boat
Nearest river access - Tower Pier. Riverboats for Tower Pier depart from Charing Cross, Westminster and Greenwich.
Note there is no parking at the Tower of London. The nearest coach and car park is situated on Lower Thames Street, a two minute walk to the main entrance. The car park has a lift and stairs. Pedestrian walkways are clearly marked, and show the direction of exit to the Tower of London and pay machines.
Our mission is to end heartbreak from heart and circulatory diseases. We are funding research that really will help save lives and so we're asking everyone to raise at least £10 per kilometre from this event to ensure our research can continue.

Timings for the day
||Arrival from 3.15pm
||First wave of runners start
|4.45 - 7pm
||Runners set off in waves every 15 minutes
- Massage (we ask for a small donation)
- Changing facilities
- Baggage drop - a baggage label will be attached for your runner number
- Catering - within the Tower of London
- T-shirts for all runners
The route is made up of 1km laps of the Moat around the Tower. You can do as many laps as you wish, up to 10km.
