Secure a place in the 2020 London Landmarks Half Marathon. You'll need to pay a £10 registration fee and pledge to raise a minimum of £350 (excluding Gift Aid).

We'd love you to join the team as an own place runner. You'll get the benefits of a charity place runner, there just isn't any fundraising pledge. We simply ask you to raise as much as you can.

St Paul’s Cathedral has 528 steps to the Golden Gallery, an observation platform which runs around the highest point of the outer dome and offers panoramic views of London. 

Today 530 people will go to hospital due to a heart attack.



The Tower of London has stored King’s and Queen’s robes, jewels and ceremonial regalia for over 600 years which are known as the ‘crown jewels’  There are over 23,500 jewels there today.

The core of the Shard reached its full height in early 2011. The rest of the building continued to progress around this core and by the end of 2011 the Shard had become the tallest tower in the EU, surpassing Germany’s Commerzbank Tower. 


In 2011 we launched our Mending Broken Hearts appeal, with the ambition of finding a cure for heart failure by funding pioneering research into regenerative medicine.



The London Eye is made up of 32 capsules which are representative of London’s 32 boroughs, each one weighs as much as 1,052,631 pound coins.

There are 32 BHF Professors working to improve 
prevention,treatment and care of cardiovascular disease.
