Run Bournemouth Supernova 5K

Take on the Run Bournemouth Supernova 5K, starting on the Bournemouth Promemade and finishing near the Run Bournemouth Hub in the Lower Gardens. This route makes the most of its stunning coastal location, taking you past the Bournemouth Pier. The event takes place in early evening but the route is well lit. 

How to enter

There are two ways you can run in the Run Bournemouth Supernova 5K.

Charity place

Apply for one of our BHF places. If you’re successful you will need to pay a £10 entry fee and raise a minimum of £100.

Sign up

Own place

If you’ve already got a place for the Run Bournemouth Supernova 5K, you can sign up to fundraise for BHF. You’ll get all the same support and benefits as a charity place runner. There’s no entry fee and no fundraising goal. Just raise as much as you can.
