Take on the Run Bournemouth Supersonic 10K, a fantastic flat course, great for those wanting a beautiful coastal route and for those wanting to set a quick time. This event makes the most of its stunning coastal location, taking you past both Boscombe and Bournemouth Pier.

How to enter

There are two ways you can run in the Run Bournemouth Supersonic 10K.

Charity place

Apply for one of our BHF places. If you’re successful you will need to pay a £20 entry fee and raise a minimum of £200.

Sign up

Own place

If you’ve already got a place for the Run Bournemouth Supersonic 10K, you can sign up to fundraise for BHF. You’ll get all the same support and benefits as a charity place runner. There’s no entry fee and no fundraising goal. Just raise as much as you can.

  • No fundraising target - raise as much as you can.
