This simple side salad is the perfect dish to serve with Indian food and can be whipped together very quickly

  1. Chop the tomatoes into 2.5cm or 1in pieces, and the onion into 1cm or 1/2/in pieces.
  2. Mix the coriander with the tomatoes and onions.
  3. Just before serving add the chilli powder and lemon juice.
