Power research with every mile and help our researchers make more discoveries to keep more hearts beating.

Create an online fundraising page - it's the easiest way to get sponsored. Share your page on Facebook, Twitter and by email so your family and friends can sponsor you. Don't forget to use #heartrunners and connect with others taking part.

We've created a series of profile pictures to add to Justgiving or social media, which are a great way to let everyone know you've joined the fight against heart disease. We also have lots of great fundriasing ideas available online.

    Get fit for your challenge

These are challenging runs and you'll need to have a good level of fitness to take part. Plan your training with expert tips and advice in our running training zone.
