This new collaborative will unite and coordinate the current clinical research efforts of professional societies, all of which have pledged their support.
The BHF CRC will also provide the infrastructure to facilitate, enhance and coordinate the current clinical research planning of existing cardiovascular and surgical societies and clinical study groups.
With thanks to the British Cardiovascular Society for hosting this new collaborative.
The BHF CRC had a successful launch at the annual BCS conference in June.
