BHF partner with ITN Business to produce news-style programme for World Heart Day

We have partnered with ITN Business to launch ‘In a Heartbeat’, a news-style programme that will be hosted by broadcaster and journalist Louise Minchin.

Louise Minchin will host the In a Heartbeat programme which will launch on World Heart Day 2024

Launching this World Heart Day (29 September 2024), the programme will address questions about heart and circulatory diseases and underscore the urgent need to address their causes.

Positive work

‘In a Heartbeat’ will feature thought leadership alongside reporter-led sponsored editorial profiles, highlighting positive work in action by organisations and individuals aiming to combat heart and circulatory diseases.

The programme will look at technical innovations, scientific advancements, lifestyle apps, and the latest developments across the spectrum of heart care. Key themes will include sudden loss and genetics, but also lifestyle and knowing your heart.

Shaping the future

The programme will be hosted on the ITN Business Hub and will be supported by a digital marketing campaign. A special showcase version of the programme will also be featured on our website.

Nina Harrison-Bell, Head of ITN Business, said, “We are excited to collaborate with British Heart Foundation in our latest programme In a Heartbeat.

“Together we’re poised to pioneer a programme that helps shape the future of heart health.”

There are commercial opportunities for leading organisations to be featured in the programme and be part of this important conversation about heart health.
