Think you know your Ronaldo from your Ronaldinho, who won the first ever Premier League, and who missed that fateful penalty at Euro 96? We’re calling on football fans to take part in our Footie Quiz Night. Put your knowledge to the test by with four action packed rounds covering the Premier League, the FA Cup, Euro 96 and the World Cup.

Test your knowledge of the beautiful game

Ex-Arsenal and England goalkeeper David Seaman said: “It’s great to be part of the first BHF Footie Quiz Night. Glenn, Chris and I are looking forward to putting you through your paces. We want everyone to get involved and raise as much money as we can to help the BHF be there for the millions of people affected by heart and circulatory disease.”

The coronavirus pandemic has had a devastating effect on our income, and we anticipate we will have to cut funding for new research by £50 million this year. All donations from the quiz will help us continue to fund our life saving research and support the 7.4 million people in the UK living with heart and circulatory diseases.

Every pound raised will help fund life saving research

Former England manager and BHF ambassador, Glenn Hoddle, said: “My experience of having a cardiac arrest has changed my life. I’m delighted to be able to support the BHF’s Footie Quiz Night. Every pound raised will help continue to fund their life saving research and provide support for people in the UK living with heart and circulatory conditions.”

I’m going to be testing your trivia with 50 fiendishly difficult questions covering domestic and world football. Today it’s more important than ever to continue to raise vital funds for the British Heart Foundation’s life saving research.”
