Donating your old phones and tablets
Find out the steps you will need to take on your phone or tablet to get it ready for donation.
How your phones and tablets make a difference
If you have an old phone or tablet you no longer need, you can donate it to us to resell. All the money we make from donations goes toward funding lifesaving research, giving your old technology a new lease of life.
What you need to do on your phone or tablet
We need to be able to access your phone or tablet to make sure your personal data is erased.
There are certain steps you'll need to complete on your phone or tablet to give us access. To help you do this, we've outlined the steps you'll need to follow.
Please follow all of the steps in the order shown. We will not be able to access your device unless all steps are completed.

What happens to your donated phone or tablet
Once you have donated your old phone or tablet, it is sent to our eBay office. They will run a market leading software erasing program to make sure all of your data is wiped for complete peace of mind.
It will then be repackaged and sold online, and we'll use the money to fund lifesaving research.
