Further resources relating to your award

As part of your award conditions, we ask that you promote our free CPR training tool, RevivR, in your community. On this page, you will find resources to support you with training and raising awareness, as well as other useful information about your defibrillator.

About RevivR training

8 in 10 out-of-hospital cardiac arrests in the UK happen at home.

It is essential that members of your community feel confident using your defibrillator and performing CPR in the case of a cardiac arrest. Learn CPR in 15 minutes with RevivR so that you can protect the hearts of those you love.

What you will learn

  1. Identify a cardiac arrest
  2. Make a simulated 999 call
  3. Perfect your CPR technique
  4. Learn how to use a defibrillator

Leading a Team RevivR session

Leading a Team RevivR training session couldn’t be easier. The content is very similar to the individual version of RevivR; however, this training takes around 30 minutes and requires the use of a shared screen as well as individual phones and cushions.

Anyone can facilitate the training, you don’t need to be a trained professional.

We have lots of helpful resources to support you in running a Team RevivR session:

Once you have scheduled a Team RevivR training session you can use this Training Poster to promote it within your community.
